In 2017 alone, Know House sold approximately a hundred new homes to delighted owners.
These homes were built and furnished by our sister companies, DLB Construction and Nextep. DLB Construction Co. Ltd is the leading builder in residential units, operating on the local market for over 25 years. They are known and trusted for their excellent quality of work and timely delivery. Nextep, previously known as Route 26, specialises in interior procurement and is a one-stop-shop in interior finishes. Their product portfolio encompasses everything from kitchen cabinets to tiles and home accessories.

Over the past 12 years, Know House has cemented its status as a leading property development company in the island. We’ve delivered over 400 units, and sold over 100 units in 2017-2018 alone.
The company is in the process of building approximately 37 units in 2018. 80 units are currently under development, and are to be sold in the beginning of 2019.
